By accessing or using GrowthToolz.com and its services — including our Google Sheets add-on and any Chrome extensions — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Payment Terms

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthToolz's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jerusalem, Israel, except where injunctive or equitable relief is sought.
